Course Material Use, Protection, and Sharing Policy

Tambong Online ABE Review invests significant time, effort, expertise, and resources in developing and maintaining its review materials. This lesson explains the responsibilities of every enrollee regarding the proper use, protection, and sharing of course contents.

All lessons, review materials, questions, examinations, solutions, explanations, graphics, files, recordings, references compiled by the review center, and other contents made available through the Assessment-Based ABELE Mastery Course are intended exclusively for the personal educational use of authorized Tambong Online ABE Review enrollees, unless otherwise stated.

Enrollment in the course does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, publicly upload, or otherwise make the course materials available to other persons.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Tambong Online ABE Review, reviewees must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute course materials;

• upload course materials, questions, examinations, solutions, screenshots, or files to websites, social-media platforms, online groups, cloud-storage folders, repositories, or other publicly or privately shared platforms;

• share downloaded materials or assessment contents with non-enrollees;

• screen-record, photograph, or otherwise reproduce protected course contents for redistribution;

• sell, resell, compile, or use Tambong Online ABE Review materials for another review service, tutorial service, publication, question bank, or commercial purpose;

• share course accounts, login credentials, or access privileges with another person; or

• assist another person in gaining unauthorized access to the course or its materials.

Reviewees may take reasonable personal notes and use the materials for their own review, subject to any additional restrictions stated for a particular lesson, assessment, file, or resource.

Course materials may also contain references, standards, laws, publications, or other resources owned by third parties. Ownership of such third-party materials remains with their respective authors, publishers, agencies, or rights holders.

Violations

Tambong Online ABE Review reserves the right to suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate a reviewee's access to the course when there is reasonable basis to believe that these rules have been violated.

Depending on the nature and seriousness of the violation, Tambong Online ABE Review may also:

• remove or unenroll the reviewee from the course;

• prohibit or restrict future enrollment or access;

• request the removal of unauthorized copies or uploads;

• preserve relevant records or evidence of the violation; and

• pursue other appropriate remedies, including legal action, when warranted and permitted by applicable law.

Access may be restricted or removed with or without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the course, its materials, other enrollees, or the rights of Tambong Online ABE Review, subject to applicable laws, platform rules, and existing enrollment terms.

By continuing to access and use the course, reviewees are expected to respect these rules and the work involved in developing and maintaining the review materials.
